Phone coaching provides clients a quick and convenient way to remain connected in between therapy or in person coaching sessions. They provide an added advantage in maintaining accountability of client\u2019s and keeping forward movement toward their personal or professional goals. Phone coaching provides clients with brief opportunities for intervention, where the coach focuses on skills that will help the client through difficult situations and offer support and awareness opportunities in moments of overwhelm or stuckness. <\/span><\/p>\n

Groups at Woods Freedom Farm provide a safe and sacred place where participants show up as they are and are guided to lean into their best qualities to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Members participate at their comfort level, holding space for others as they process through life\u2019s lightning strikes and uncover what is holding them back in their life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Groups provide empowering, encouraging, and supportive opportunities for meaningful connections and clarity. They stimulate creativity while enhancing communication and personal growth. Groups are held weekly in an organic fashion and are offered as closed groups (where the same clients commit for assigned weeks) or drop in groups (where anyone 18 years and older are invited to attend). Clients will have opportunities to learn about themselves in the moment with the coach and as an observer. Members are invited to share how experiences touch them or insights they may have had, with the group. Some may choose to hold experiences close, processing individually. Groups offer a place where everyone can belong and have a voice while building pathways free of pain and a new sense of purpose.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When groups are partnering with horses the work is done in a barn around horses so please dress for the weather and wear closed toed shoes.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
